Manage wallpapers in the slideshow

A unique feature of the Endless Slideshow Screensaver is the ability to download desktop wallpapers from the Internet and show them in a slideshow with your pictures. You can turn the wallpaper downloads on and off in the screensaver settings, so open the Endless Slideshow Screensaver settings using a corresponding shortcut in the Windows Start Menu or from the [ Screen Saver Settings ] window in the Control Panel.

The first thing you see when you open the Endless Slideshow Screensaver settings is the list of available wallpaper categories in the [ Wallpapers from the Internet ] tab and this is where you can manage the wallpaper downloads.

If you want the screensaver to download wallpapers from the Internet, check the [ Download wallpapers from the selected categories ] box and select the categories by checking the corresponding boxes.

If you want to see the downloaded wallpapers in the slideshow - check the [ Add downloaded wallpapers from the selected categories to the slideshow ] box.

The easiest way to prevent Endless Slideshow Screensaver from downloading and showing the wallpapers is to clear both boxes mentioned above.

How to change a folder for downloaded wallpapers

All downloaded wallpaper files are saved to the sub-folders of a folder shown in the [ Internet ] section of the Endless Slideshow Screensaver settings. You can easily select a new folder by clicking the [ Select... ] button under the [ Save downloaded wallpapers to this folder ] field. You can also view the content of that folder by clicking the [ Open ] button.
